Remember that you can easily track the cachebug through RSS (Real Simple Syndication). Just click on the RSS feed logo on your browser (Usualy in the URL line), symilar to the one pictured here and select your Bookmarks toolbar folder. No downloading required! Thank you for reading The Cachebug!

In Firefox (which i recomend) it is in the URL line. In Internet Explorer 7 it is in the Tool bar line. If you don't see it at all you are probably using an older version of Explorer which does not support it. Hope that helps!
